1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a professional kitchenware manufacturing company established in 2006. We operate with 18 automatic production lines, including punching machines, press machines, and coating line automation.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Basically, the MOQ is 1000 sets for cookware sets and 2000 pieces for single items.
3. Can you produce according to customers' designs?
Sure, we can provide OEM or ODM services and assist customers with package design.
4. How long is your delivery time?
Generally, it takes 35 days after the receipt of the deposit, depending on your order quantity.
5. Do you provide samples?
Samples can be offered within 7-15 days. The sample fee can be negotiated, but customers are responsible for the express shipping costs.
6. What are your payment terms?
Usually, we accept TT with a 30% deposit and the balance against the BL copy or LC.
