Can I get samples?
Sure! Please get in touch with us if you would like to inspect the goods before placing an order. Sample charges are refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity. Samples are typically delivered by UPS, DHL, FEDEX, or TNT under your account or by collected shipment.
How long is the lead time of sample?
For existing products, it takes 3-7 days; customized products will take up to 15-30 days.

What is your payment terms?
Normally, T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L, or L/C at sight. For RTS orders, the full balance is required to be paid before shipment.
